Community CenterWelcome to the beautiful Abbott Clubhouse located in the center of Historic Abbott Village. Admire the picturesque view of the Merrimack River and enjoy the wonderful amenities the Clubhouse has to offer. With spacious rooms and five comfortable seating areas, you can sit back and enjoy a good conversation with a friend or take some time to stay connected using the complimentary Clubhouse Wifi. No need to spend money on expensive gym fees anymore, instead take advantage of the private fitness room. We encourage you to host your next party, wine tasting, or club meeting here with room up to 100 guests! The Clubhouse has a full kitchen for easy catering, too. For those with the need for special mobility access the Clubhouse is designed with wheelchair ramps to the main entrance and every room is made suitable. You will love the interior décor including cherry cabinets, gorgeous tile floors, soft luxurious couches, tall ceilings, mood lighting and to top it off, the Clubhouse coffee available day and night.
Putting Green
Just outside the Community Center will be a putting green area for practicing your golf game.
Tennis Court
Just to the left of the Community Center as you enter into Abbott Village you will more than likely catch a tennis match.
Post Office
The Community Center will also house a secure area for your mail. Each homeowner will have a standard sized mailbox.
Designated Pet Area
Throughout the Village there will be designated areas to bring your pet.
